Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
• Represent Five Seven I.T Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and improve performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and company services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
