Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our Gulbarga team. It will be the perfect candidate’s responsibility to call prospective clients, explain our offerings, and turn leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
- Follow up on leads
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
